After a 5 year hiatus due to Covid, T.I.M.E. is coming back in 2024!! Next year for our 6th Annual International Music Exchange, T.I.M.E. (The International Music Exchange) under the auspices of the S.T.A.R.S. Foundation (Singers Taking Action Reaching Souls), are bringing the exciting Signal Hill Alumni Choir, all the way from Trinidad, to sing for our families and friends in America.
